Terms of service

Honey Wellness Inc. provides telehealth consultations with a licensed nurse practitioner. Booking a visit creates a provider and patient relationship only once the visit is completed and a plan is established.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and physically located in a state where the provider is licensed at the time of your video visit. By booking you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

Payment

Visit fees are charged at booking. Fees cover the consultation only. Medications, labs and pharmacy shipping are billed separately by the pharmacy or lab.

Not for emergencies

Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Refunds

See the cancellation and no-show policy. Completed visits are not refundable.
