Cancellation and no-show policy

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge, using the link in your confirmation email.

Cancellations inside 24 hours and missed appointments are charged the full visit fee. Repeated no-shows may limit future online booking.

If Honey Wellness has to cancel, you will be offered the next available time or a full refund.
